Configuring Your Notifications & Alerts

You can now choose which types of notifications you’d like to receive from Lucidity. Notifications are configured per user — so each user can customize their preferences based on what’s most relevant to them.

How to Enable Notifications

  1. Navigate to the Notifications Settings

    • Click on the Notifications icon in the top nav.

    • Select Notifications > Settings tab.

  2. Choose Your Channel

    • Currently, only Email is supported.

    • Click on the dropdown to expand email settings.

  3. Toggle Notification Types

You’ll see the following options under “Choose notifications to send”:

    • Critical Alerts: Urgent failures or actions needed.

    • Warning Alerts: Issues that may need attention but aren't critical.

    • Informational Alerts: General updates or notices.

    • Success Alerts: Confirmation of successful operations.

Use the toggles to enable or disable each category. See below for more details on alert types.

  4. Send a Test Email (Optional)

    • Click Send a test email to verify your email setup.

Notes

  • These settings are user-specific and do not impact others in your organization.

  • More channels (like MS Teams) may be supported in future versions.
